We currently ship across Pakistan using Leopard's Courier Service.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after being placed. You'll receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Major cities usually receive orders faster, while more remote areas may take slightly longer.

Cash on Delivery
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Please keep the exact amount ready when the rider arrives, as this helps ensure smooth and quick delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, we will share your tracking details so you can follow your parcel's status directly through Leopard's Courier's tracking system.

Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally happen due to courier logistics, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service once the order has been handed over for delivery.

Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
