Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across Pakistan using Leopard Courier Service.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after being placed. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

We’ve set this estimated delivery window to allow enough time for your order to reach you, especially if you’re located farther away. Some orders may arrive earlier, depending on the destination and courier service.

Shipping Charges

Our standard shipping charge is Rs. 200.

Cash on Delivery

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment. Please keep the exact amount ready when the rider arrives, as this helps ensure smooth and quick delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share your tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s status directly through Leopard Courier’s tracking system.

Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally happen due to courier logistics, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service once the order has been handed over for delivery.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
