We usually deliver orders within 5–7 business days. Delivery may be faster in major cities, while orders going to locations farther from Karachi may take a little longer.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as online payments through Sadapay. For Sadapay payments, you can pay using our number on the checkout page.

Our standard shipping fee is Rs. 200 per order.

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. If your product arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost. Products must be returned in their original condition with tags, applicable accessories, and packaging. Approved refunds are processed within up to 10 days.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking code that you can use to track your order.

Most of our support products come in a universal/adjustable size. Simply wear the product and adjust the straps or bands according to your preferred fit. There is no fixed size—you can make it tighter or looser as needed.
